I am so glad you are here!

I started this journey because as a first time mom, in a global pandemic, thousand of miles away from my home! I was in desperate need of support. 

There is so much information out there about infant sleep, infant feeding patterns, infant development! 

Well, I know a thing or two about all of this and it almost always comes back to this: all the answers lay within the relationship between the baby and their parents.

I am here to encourage you to listen to your gut, block the outside noise and trust yourself.
